I’VE NEVER GIVEN A HAIRCUT NOR DO I HAVE ANY OF THE SUPPLIES? WHICH BOX DO YOU SUGGEST I BUY?

We are so excited for you to save so much time and money by investing in The Haircut Box. We would suggest to buy the Baller Boy Box or Glam Girl Box. It has absolutely everything you need for an at home haircut and will take all of the guessing work out of it for you. Great tools and products to ensure the best possible experience for all involved.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE BASIC BOY BOX AND THE BALLER BOY BOX?

The quality of clippers is different as well as some add-ons to take all homework out of it for you.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Our big shipping day is Mondays, so please plan on 7-10 days for your order to ship.

DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA?

We do offer shipping to Canada! (YAY!) However, please be aware that most boxes will have duties and taxes that you will have to pay prior to receiving the box.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY BOX IS DAMAGED?

WHY AREN’T THE PRODUCTS EXACTLY WHAT WAS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE?

Due to availability issues some items in the box will not be exactly as pictured but we will guarantee the quality will be the same.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE INSTRUCTIONS?

I have simplified multiple haircuts in step-by-step instructions with pictures to show you what each step should look like. If you follow these cards I am confident your haircut will look great! You will also receive a card with scannable QR codes giving in depth video instruction on the key concepts needed to give great haircuts. Using these skills you will be able to combine them to cut any style wanted

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE BALLER AND BASIC BOY BOX?

The main difference is the quality of clippers. The Baller Box clippers are higher quality and will provide a cleaner, faster, nicer haircut. The Baller Box also comes with clipper care and, neck brush, and a larger carrying case. The Basic Box is still a great option and will give a good home haircut. You can't go wrong.

WHAT GUARDS ARE INCLUDED WITH THE CLIPPERS?

The guards 1,2,3,4,6,8 are included. We wanted to make sure that the clippers in these boxes were professional quality and had the lever to adjust the blades which is why there is not a 5 and 7 guard. You can basically get those length when using your lever.
